Terms of Service

Effective October 11, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of King Bets Predictor, including the website, member area and subscriptions (the "Service"). King Bets Predictor is operated by Reyes Equity Investments LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Who can use King Bets Predictor

You must be at least 21 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for making sure that using the Service, and any trading or wagering you choose to do elsewhere, is legal where you live. Kalshi and other markets are available only where permitted.

2. What King Bets Predictor is, and isn't

King Bets Predictor provides sports information: team ratings, model win-chance estimates, market prices from third parties, picks, live scores and a record of past picks. The Service is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

• Nothing on King Bets Predictor is betting, financial, investment or legal advice, or a recommendation to place any trade or wager.
• Our numbers are model estimates, not guarantees. Our model has no proven edge over market prices, and past results do not predict future results.
• We do not place trades or wagers for you, hold your money, or act as a sportsbook, broker or exchange.
• The results record tracks each pick at a flat, hypothetical $100 stake at the price shown. It is not a record of real money won or lost.
• King Bets Predictor is not affiliated with or endorsed by Kalshi, ESPN, the NFL, the NCAA, MLB, or any team. Team names and logos belong to their owners.

Any decision to trade or wager is yours alone, and so is any loss. Never risk money you can't afford to lose.

3. Your account

Give us a real email address you can access, keep your password private, and don't share your account. You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at support@kingbetspredictor.com if you think someone else has accessed it. You can change your password and email, sign out of all devices, or delete your account from Settings.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Plans. Paid plans unlock picks and forecasts for a sport (or all sports with All access). Current prices are shown on the site before you buy.
• Automatic renewal. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method each month.
• Cancelling. Cancel any time from Settings or the Manage subscription link. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• No refunds. Payments are non-refundable and we don't give refunds or credits for partial months or unused time, except where required by law.
• Upgrades. If you buy All access while you have a single-sport plan, the single-sport plan is cancelled and its unused time is credited toward your All access billing.
• Price changes. We may change prices. Changes apply from your next billing period after we give you notice, and you can cancel before they take effect.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may pause paid features until it succeeds.
• Taxes. Prices may not include taxes, which you're responsible for where applicable.

4a. Invite a friend

Members can share a personal invite link. A friend who signs up with it gets 50% off their first month. When that friend's first payment goes through, the member who invited them gets an $8 credit toward their own future King Bets Predictor bills, up to 12 credits a year. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred. Inviting yourself, creating fake accounts, or spamming links isn't allowed, and we may remove credits earned that way. We may change or end the program at any time; credits already earned stay on your account.

5. Acceptable use

The Service is for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• share, resell, republish or redistribute paid picks or forecasts, including in groups, channels or other services;
• scrape, copy or harvest content or data by automated means;
• interfere with, probe or try to get around the security of the Service, or access another person's account;
• use the Service in violation of any law.

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules, without a refund.

6. Our content

The Service, including the model, ratings, picks, text and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use it under these Terms.

7. Third-party services and data

The Service shows data from third parties, such as Kalshi prices and ESPN scores and logos, and uses Stripe for payments. We don't control those services and can't guarantee their data is accurate, complete or on time. Live scores and prices may be delayed or wrong.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PICK OR FORECAST WILL BE CORRECT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING, WAGERING OR OTHER FINANCIAL LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR $50 IF YOU HAVEN'T PAID US ANYTHING.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or the law.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings (cancel any paid subscription first). We may suspend or end the Service, or your access, at any time, including for violations of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as 2, 6 and 8 through 12) survive termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll let you know on the site or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
